Scott Miller, a licensed real estate broker, posted the sale of his house on the site for an asking price of $349,000.
It is just one of the strategies he is utilizing from his book: “How to sell your home in 5 days,” reports stated.
He has only scheduled two open houses, and potential buyers can look at the place during those times before making a bid. The goal is to get as many buyers in the house in the shortest time.
No neighbors have complained about his tactics, and the ad seems to be working, according to Miller, who has had the house on the market for less than a week and already has several bids.
